Saturday Steam Scammers - Sensational!
- A Forum Thread for Steam.
Not enough 'S' words in title. Suggestions Welcome
It's been a while since a random invite tried to scam me for either buying my account, trading for my account, or pretending to be Valve -- always a fun one.
"hey do u want to trade profils"
"pleasseee im saying the magic word pleaaaseee will you break the TOS and trade acount for no reson"
The fate in humanity is dieing.
lol this is nothing
i submitted a ticket today on steam support ( not sure if this will help though )
in INDIA i see only steam sellers , they sell hacked steam a/c's , they get from some main seller who have them in very large quantity , and they sell a/c's to people at Rs 150 ( 2.505 US Dollar )
[ With Games for example : - Counter-Strike 1 Anthology , Counter-Strike Global Offensive , etc.. and some on demand ]
Steam a/c's selling in India is increasing like a business !

and i never saw those a/c's getting banned @[email protected]
or anything ! ( which they sell )
lmao he sounds as a complete turd! if some are stupid enough to fall for something like this then they do deserve it, because they are even more stupid then
Oh,I remember the last time someone tried to scam me.First he begged and asked me if I could buy him a game. Then he asked me if I want black ops and sent me a link.
I was like "ok thanks bro" and he kept asking me "did you login?".I said "yeah and I got the game, thanks a lot".He asked me again and I replied "yes" again.
After 5 minutes I told him "Are waiting for my password to pop up in your e-mail?" and he removed me.Of course I kept a link of his profile and reported him.
Thankfully I've yet to come across one, but I did have a script kiddie try to make a $170 purcase while they were backdoor'd into my computer. I've already addressed it with Essex police though.
