Okay, hey guys! So, I'm having a bit of a difficulty, here. I have enough money for an Alienware 14 laptop, (Don't judge me, I have a thing for laptops) but also enough for a PS4. And all my friends are badgering me to just buy a PS4 but I'm still interested in PC Gaming. I don't have a very fast computer at the time, so I'm still confused. What do you guys think I should do?

PC saves you a ton of money in the long-run. You get more for your dollar
$20 on console gets you 1 or 2 games, while on Steam you could get maybe 4 or 5. Possibly more depending on what you get.
PC, but it would be much better to built your own computer in the long-run. Alienware is overpriced. I have a computer just as powerful as any Alienware, less than a grand invested. Haven't come across a game it couldn't play with 60 fps. (except minecraft, but thats just not a well optimized game.)
Look into building one, it may see hard, but it's really just buying parts and putting it together like legos. Really, expensive legos.
I'd recommend a desktop PC, gaming laptops are much more expensive and less powerful than desktops. Building a custom PC would be the best idea as long as you are up to the task, but you can ask for guidance in forums like tom'shardware or so on to find the right components for your needs/price target.
Regarding a PS4 I'd say it's too early to get one since there aren't too many games released for it yet, and for me at least, the only reason to consider a console is precisely for its exclusive games.
I'd recommend PS4 because you have what... COD Ghosts, BF4, GTA 5 n shet.... + there's no lag and if you build your own computer crappily, then it'll lag soz....
It's your choice though. If you want PC, get a PC. If you want PS4/XBox 1, then get a PS4/XBox 1.
Your choice, not mine. But I recommend PS4.
If you know a game that is exclusively for consoles that doesn't get boring after a few days, weeks or even months, buy PS4. I remember I used to play Warriors Orochi on my PS2, and I'm still craving to play it (even now), but my PS2 broke back in like.. 3 years ago.
Though, I prefer PC because... yarrr..
I would go PC all the way..EXCEPT if all your friends are on console. Gaming with friends is almost always more fun. I would see how many of your friends are on PS4 vs PC then make a derision. Also if a Alienware laptop is around $1,100 and a PS4 is $400 you will still have $700, take away some towards games then you have a decent starting point to save up again to buy a computer. Just my 2 cents.
PC all the way. While PS4 may have GTA V and stuff, it will come out next year (pretty soon), and PCs are fully modular, which means you can build whatever computer you want.
As someone said before, if you want to build your own desktop PC (price/power ratio is bigger than that of a laptop, and Alienware are overpriced pieces of shit), just use the Internet.
I always build my PCs, and so far, they haven't let me down.
Buy what you'll like the most in a long term. If i knew what i know today, i would buy a PS3 instead of my current laptop, because all my friends play PS3 now.
Well I would go for the laptop but like many already said before DO NOT GET AN ALIENWARE LAPTOP! Or any other products for that matter, it's overpriced just like Razer which is shit as well the best thing I'd say is to just buy a laptop with proper specs from asus as they provide proper quality compared to the price where you most likely pay one third if not half less of what you would pay for an Alienware one.
So yes get a PC or in your case a laptop and don't be a console pleb.

Because CoD:Ghosts, and Battlefield 4 isn't available on PC...and GTA V isn't scheduled to release next year.
Good bullet point you made here.
As for the topic, you'll have to decide how you want your entertainment. Each is a great choice depending specifically on how you want to play games really. I've personally been considering the swap to my PS3 for most of my gaming lately just so I can sit on my couch and play with a controller in comfort -- but then I'll go back to PC when I move again and have a better ability to move my rig around to encompass my entertainment center desires.

I don't know if you're trying to emphasis the sarcasm, or really fell for it.

Hahahahahahahahahhaha, no.
Rockstar Games haven't said anything about a PC port, so while people can speculate about it, it's not confirmed. If you pre-ordered it already, then I'd say you've lost your money.

I know they hold it back as long as it is possible for them! but i am 99.99%% sure that we will get it for PC, else there is millions there shall have there money back!!

I don't think you know how it works...
Rockstar Games are not the ones who makes the pre-orders available for the PC version. It's the retailers, so even if they never make a PC version, they won't have to give anyone their money back. The retailers does, but they can just say that "It will come." and then still accept money for pre-orders.
Hell, if they wanted they could start taking pre-orders for an imaginary game, but never release anything.
i kinda just want a ps4 or xbone just for all the shit thats coming out for them
also bungie do quite honestly make good series. Marathon was awesome, Halo was awesome (but slightly milked), and I'm sure Destiny may be awesome too. Fuck. Why am I even thinking like this. It's because I've been hanging out with a bunch of plebs isn't it?
