I'm surprised there isn't any archive of the female tf2 models. IMO, these ones were well polished, stayed true to the art direction and hitboxes, and stayed respectable to females (a.k.a. not scantily dressed with ridiculous body proportions):

Demo (anyone know of any?)
Soldier: All I found was concept art; not many good ones but this was the most decent: [http://matarioshka.deviantart.com/art/TF2-FEMALE-SOLDIER-121325594](http://matarioshka.deviantart.com/art/TF2-FEMALE-SOLDIER-121325594 "http://matarioshka.deviantart.com/art/TF2-FEMALE-SOLDIER-121325594")
IMO, pyro shouldn't have a female counterpart, not because of the false rumors of the pyro's gender (character design is obviously indicative of male)-- but because in my opinion, it'd damage the pyro's characterization as the masked crazy non-human being.
Really hoping the last two/three are finished; some of theme even have sound bites from voice actresses. It'd be pretty sweet once all the fem models were made with sound packs!
There's multiple versions of some of those, for instance, the FemScout has the original version, and the version with more up to date fixes:
Here's the completed Fem-Sniper: http://tf2.gamebanana.com/skins/129462
The creator of the FemSniper, Roxy, did say she would have a go at making Femoman and FemSoldier as well, starting with FemSoldier (see the FemSniper FacePunch thread for more info: http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1297123)
Or there's the other "FemSoldier": http://tf2.gamebanana.com/skins/128061
There is a couple of Fem-Demo models in progress. ChemicalAlia (the person behind Femgineer, FemSpy, FemHeavy and FemMedic) did seem to have a complete one a while back on her DeviantArt (http://chemicalalia.deviantart.com/art/Female-Demoman-425763835), but I haven't seen anything about it since. Someone else was working on one more recently as well (it's the same person who recently released that Olivia Mann model for SFM I think, plus they're making TF2 versions of the TFC mercenaries). Here's that one: http://abioflesh.tumblr.com/tagged/femdemo
Also Rox and Maxxy are redesigning/revamping FemSniper a bit, from what I recall.
And Uberchain is working on altering the "TittyMonster" FemPyro, and one version is with a smaller bust, and with the original Pyro's pants: http://uberchain.deviantart.com/journal/FEMPYRO-PROJECT-Pants-on-Fire-469099730.

Oh fuck, I'm in love.
This is a million times better than the latex fetish fuel fem Pyro we have now. The baggy pants one that is, those thigh high boots are still ridiculous.

> Here is some concept art for female Demo
the second one is just a classic piece of oversexualized fanart... the first one, however, looks a lot more like something with actual potantial, plus it's actually a ''finished'' model already
definetely getting my hopes up on this one
Valve should just add them already! Hire a few women, do the voice lines and make it happen! Sure some items might clip, but it would be worth it.
I think we can all handle the truth about TF2: It's a ridiculously male-saturated community. Despite the MANY characters that make the game so fun, NONE are female, I don't think it's a coincidence that female gamers are choosing other options.
Female TF2 as shown in these models is so much more tasteful than the sex-goddess designs Blizzard is using in Overwatch. Good female representation could be a feature for TF2, rather than a dramatic downside compared to Overwatch and almost any new games that come out.
TF2 is fun and can be casual, and I think overall the cartoony violence would appeal to a lot of women better than all the grimy realistic killing simulators, but character gender can be really important for some people's immersion!
