Rates / Hitboxes

A Forum Thread for Half-Life 2: Episode Two

Hey Community, First post but i need some help from you lot if wouldn't mind. I play a MOD for Hl2 ep 2 and for this mod it requires you too have a large hitbox / good rates otherwise people seem to easily push you out of the way its part of the game. I was wondering what rates i could use or commands that would help me to have a large hitbox ? Cheers.

I'm not sure what the commands would be for changing your rates, but I do know that the only way to change the hitboxes for a given model (or set of models, if necessary) would involve editing the model itself in something like 3DS Max or a similar modeling program and then recompiling the model. As far as I know, there are no commands that allow you to alter the hitboxes for a model while playing the game.

Would there be any sort of rates that give you a better chance for performance in terms of hitbox or just registering your player position better. I have 60MB connection
