I have recently started playing counter strike source and decided to start a clan and are looking for members and even looking for someone with a server

    No. NO! DO NOT start a clan if you started playing recently. Nothing is worse that an admin that can't handle his clan.

    But if you are sure... Here is a good clan name: The Murderers [TMS]

    What is it that makes your specific clan special? Why should someone who pays for a server allow you to use it for free? Why should we join your clan instead of one of the thousands of already established clans out there?

    Don't get me wrong, it wasn't meant as criticism. It's just, before you start a new clan you need to think of why you're doing it. Controlling a clan is a huge amount of work, and it takes great dedication to do so. Attracting new members requires your clan to be unique in one way or another, and communicating this to other users is one of the hardest parts of it all.

    That's like asking why would anyone play soccer; because they *enjoy it*. There's countless reasons to be apart of a clan, gamers like to associate themselves with others and be able to better organize their gaming interests. Personally, I tend not to use the term 'clan', I prefer community, but they're more or less the same; most importantly, *just have sex fun*.
