About Compiling model's anims

A Forum Thread for Counter-Strike: Condition Zero

I had difficulties on this, it keeps become default anims.

Recently, i have a cool zombie model with default anims in it. I wanna change the anims to what i desire because zombie model will looks stupid with default anims. I've tried to decompile the model, replacing the model's .smd files to other model's smd file and rewrite the qc file. But it turns out the model keeps in default anims. Anyone please tell me if i was wrong, and tell me what to do.
