Some textures are brutally blurred after compilation.
I use VHE 3.4 and ZHLT.
The problem is that certain textures (I think it applies mainly or only to textures which are not 2^n×2^n sized - eg 48x96) look normally in Hammer, but when I compile the map and run the game, they look crappy. An example would be the "Security is everyone's responsibility" sign from Half-Life, which is barely readable ingame.
[EDIT] Further testing showed that the size is apparently not the key. Still, having nice textures turned into blurry clouds of colors irritates me.
Can anyone help me?
