1 x player_speedmod (not in default entity list)
1 x trigger_multiple OR 1 x trigger_once for each Terrorist
Create any point entity (env_cubemap for example), open its properties, type in player_speedmod for the class/name (change env_cubemap to player_speedmod). Apply.
Make a trigger_multiple around the terrorists' spawn points with a low reset delay. Add the output OnTrigger, player_speedmod, modifyspeed, 2 where 2 is the parameter override and the speed multiplier. So 2 would make them 2 times faster.
Or you can put a trigger_once under each terrorist spawn point with the same output.
When they go in the trigger, it should make them faster and since it's under or around their spawn points they should go in the trigger when they spawn.
