How to make func_detail move with smokegrenade

please help me am trying to search this like 2hours now!!!! plsssss in hammer sdk editor how to make func_detail or func_brush connect to smokegrenade or flash or hegrenade or just some weapon so like you pick up the grenade and that brush (block) will follow you. Am trying to make head on players head. PLEASE HELP MEEE!!!!!! I BEG U!
