Phenom 9600, 4GB RAM, 8800 GT - 20 fps?! - A Forum Thread for Team Fortress 2.

Hate to do this as my first thread, but: Running an AMD Phenom 9600 quad core at 2.3GHz, 4GB ram, Windows 7 64-bit, GeForce 8800 GT, and in a big firefight I get 20-30 FPS. Shouldn't this configuration run TF2 easily? My drivers are up to date, as far as I know. Running TF2 at 1024x768, windowed mode, default settings except for turning multi-core rendering on, and turning on wait for vsync. Any idea what's going wrong?
