Fucks sake. It's not cod6 it's MW2, and if you were to give it a numerical number it would be CoD4:MW2 (as was the original title).
On topic: check for updates on video drives and the game.
its the 6th game in the call of duty series, therefore im going to call it cod6.

-sigh- i knew someone would do that, i dont count expansions or shitty portable games. Also, when 'mw2' was announced a few years back, it was known as cod6, so im not right or wrong.
Anyway, ive also noticed that after i play multiplayer the rest of my comp is slow and lags a lot.
Well, they still count, sorry to say it, your just wrong. :p

so im not right or wrong.
No you're just wrong. It's not COD6, and World at War was not COD5, when people say that, I just wanna shoot them. Call of Duty games are only given numbers if they're made by Infinity Ward, not third parties like Treyarch. So IF ANYTHING, COD MW2 would be COD5, if not COD4MW2.
Plus, what it's called WASN'T the question he asked.
Ive had cod6 for about a week now and ive been playing it on max graphics, full reso with no lag or issues, but only recently have i been experiencing some framerate lag and graphical issues in the multiplayer. My internet is fine and I easily connect to games but at random points in the game i get random stutters and it takes forever to get start playing once connected and close the actual game. Especially when im in a game and it has just started, i get terrible lag when trying to select a class.
all of my other games work perfectly.
Help him with his problem, not what he calls the game.

Your post doesn't contribute to the thread at all either.
You just made yourself look like a raging 12 year old.
Which OS do you have?
1.) If You have vista, *Still might work on XP* you could try disabling your startup programs. Which always works for me.
To do this.. all you gotta do is. hit the start button> Go to Run> and type in "msconfig"
3.) After you have done that there should be a Window that pops up with the name (System Configuration) on that window click on the startup tab on the top.
4.) When done clicking the Startup tab go to the bottom of that window and click "Disable All" and after you do that hit apply then ok. and restart your computer when told to.
Tell me if you still got problems after you have done that process.
