I've been trying to get a custom model into F3 for a while now, but the thing that's stopping me is the texture. In GECK, it looks perfect, with a normal map and everything. In game, it turns into a gray and black blob. I've tried everything I can think of so far and I need help. So yeah, anyone?

    Any chance you could point me in the right direction, i want to get custom weapon in to the game aswell, but i dont have a clue how to, any chance you could help?

    Aha! I figured it out. I had to use the NIF exporter for 3dsmax instead of importing a .3ds into NIFSkope.
