    So what`s is your problem?
That`s the question you should answer yourself since uploading 50gbs files would take forever.
    How have you tried it?
I prefer to make .TGAs of the demo and then convert the .TGAs to .AVI with VirtualDub.
Do you have enough hdd space to make even the .TGAs?

After making the .AVI try to render it with editing tool, the result should be smooth.

so right when the .avi comes out it doesnt run smooth so i have to render it with something like Sony vegas or something??? and what do you mean render?

What I meant was that most of the players wont be able to run the raw .AVI without lag.

Make it non raw .AVI :D
Ok, you have plenty of your raw .AVIs to make a movie out of them.
Edit them with a video editor and save your movie as a for example a xvid .AVI.
The final result shouldn`t be so high quality but a 5min in a 100mb isn`t bad.
And your movie should be ready to be played without lag.

100 MB for five minutes? That's pretty bad. Bad, bad compression.

Raw AVI, being raw RGB video, has an extremely high bitrate. In fact, it's faster than most hard drives can read in real-time, hence the lag.

There's an unwritten code that all frag videos must be compressed with x264. I can help you with that if needed.
