Get an error texture for an custom model

I cant figure out whats wrong, I view my custom model in Source SDK model viewer. I get the ugly error texture up.     Open up your reference .smd in a text editor and check to see that the material name (picture file) matches the name of the vmt file (the file format doesn't have to match up). If it doesn't the replace all function will help you save a lot of time.

    Ah, I did not know it was readable text in the .smd. shall I edit all phys_objects02a.bmp togascan1.bmp?
