This is an omega thread, made up of questions that have been to small to make a thread about, so they are all clustered in this one, and i have some opinions and sayings, and stories, and all kinds of fun stuff that i think mean something thrown in there too. Oh, and Chuck Norris jokes... QUESTIONS Shouldnt the terrorists on CSS come with a suicide bombing feature? In half-life 1, the goal of the game is to escape, yet you find yourself outside alot, so why not just jump a few fences and say "fuck black mesa", and take your happy-ass home? In Counter-Strike: Source, there are the standard hostage rescue maps, example, cs_office. Alright, so there are hostages, and the CT's job is to rescue them. Now, in real life, you have to negotiate with the terrorists to let the hostages go, right? But, if your a terrorist, and a CT raids the building, and you kill a hostage, and threaten the rest, you get your money taken away. What is the real point of the hostages then? To give CT an upper hand? People constantly say halo is the best game in the world... then why do the sims and diablo 2 out-do it in popularity...? Why does the GIGN CT model have an unneeded gas-mask? Why are all the terrorist models mexican??? Racist?! In Metal Gear Solid, why does nobody notice the box laying in the middle of the floor? Am i the only person, who feels that some of the halo monster/alien/thingies are pokemon in disguise? SAD TRUTHS It is sad, but true, that the CT's weapon loadout for CSS is better than the terrorist's. The CT has the aug, that does more damage, and has a bit of a faster reload time than the SG552. The CT has the USP, which does twice the damage of the glock, but the glock has more ammo. If you doubled the USP's ammo, and cut the damage in half, then you would have 24 bullets, and the same damage. AND on top of that there is the silencer. The CT has the tmp, silenced and faster reload, and less recoil, and greater range. The CT has the M4A1, which des 1.5 the amout of damage as the AK, shoots faster, and has the silencer. The CT's auto-matic sniper rifle has less of a reload time, but same everything else. The CT has the FAMAS, which does moderate damage, has 2 fire modes, and is deadly accurate(i killed 174 people sniping with a FAMAS once, and the game was only about half an hour long), however, the Galil does more damage, hold more of a clip, shoots faster, but cant hit something point blank. That might actually be better than the FAMAS, just depends on how you look at it. So, its true, CT wins. 85% of HL2 mods will not be finished/played. If you were to make a game, you would lose over $500,000 of your total money made to pirating. 40% of couples won't stay together for longer than 3 years. If your screen name involves n00b, nubzor, or nubc4ke, YOU are in-fact the noob. If you think you are the best, you are wrong, because remember, there is always Chuck Norris. If you keep typing "rank" to see what your rank is, stop, because you will never get to the very top, i mean, sure, you can get to number 1, but Chuck Norris will always be number 0. TRUE/FUN SAYINGS "AK47, when you absolutley wanna kill every muddafucka in the room, accept no substitute." "Time to kick ass and chew bubble gum, and im all out of gum" "Do a barrel roll(Z or R twice)" "Fatality, Scorpian wins" "Go, Go, Go!" (i think we all know this one... >.<) "All your base are belong to us" CHUCK NORRIS JOKES Those last 2 on the sad truths section inspired me to warn everyone of the dangers of Chuck Norris. When the Boogeyman goes to sleep every night, he checks his closet for Chuck Norris. Chuck Norris doesn't read books. He stares them down until he gets the information he wants. There is no theory of evolution. Just a list of creatures Chuck Norris has allowed to live. Outer space exists because it's afraid to be on the same planet with Chuck Norris. Chuck Norris does not sleep. He waits. Chuck Norris is currently suing NBC, claiming Law and Order are trademarked names for his left and right legs. Chuck Norris is the reason why Waldo is hiding. Chuck Norris counted to infinity - twice. There is no chin behind Chuck Norris’ beard. There is only another fist. When Chuck Norris does a pushup, he isn’t lifting himself up, he’s pushing the Earth down. Chuck Norris is so fast, he can run around the world and punch himself in the back of the head. Chuck Norris’ hand is the only hand that can beat a Royal Flush. Chuck Norris can lead a horse to water AND make it drink. Chuck Norris doesn’t wear a watch, HE decides what time it is. Chuck Norris can slam a revolving door. Chuck Norris does not get frostbite. Chuck Norris bites frost Remember the Soviet Union? They decided to quit after watching a DeltaForce marathon on Satellite TV. This took me 45 minutes... >.< have fun!
