I'm just curious ;)
Well it all started pretty much by doing what we loved and finding people that loved doing these things together!

Most started as collaborators with various projects that then later formed a proper team, which expanded to a studio.

Over the years there have been lots of changes and talented people that joined but also left. So of course you have to manage things properly and make sure you have an eye for talent, if you see someone who is still learning but has potential then that's a good moment to contact them, as you together with everyone else could teach him/her to become even better.

So in short just finding the right people with the right skillsets!
