    If you would use the image size of 512x512 it would not look distorted in game. Nice display image but distorted in screenshot. you used 128x128, and if you start with a square image (x2 factor 512x512 256x256 128x128) it will not distort in game with the VTF conversion. Also check Clamp S and Clamp T with No Mipmap and No Level of Detail in the Image vtf load screen. And if you are using a .tga image to load into VTFEdit. make sure you save to alpha channel (image used) but have a second layer with solid image with the color R64 G64 B64

    It will only save the Alpha channel and it will not have the white edges.
