Enhanced Hybrid OST - A Sound Mod for Sonic CD (2011).

With restored CD Quality Beta Loops, CD Quality Past Tracks and US Past Mixes!

It's Valentine's Day 2021, and this is my love letter to the Sonic CD composers who gave us two beautiful, artistic and often timeless soundtracks for the best 2D Sonic game ever made!

This mod is an entire rework of the Enhanced OST I released in August 2010 as a mod for the 1993 release of Sonic CD.
It cherry picks the best tracks from each OST and melds them together for one nonstop funkadelic party in your ears.

Features:
23 JP Tracks + 17 US Tracks + 2 Half & Half Mixes = 42 Tracks:
The meaning of Sonic CD's OST!!
---
CD quality Sonic Boom remix! (mixed from FLAC files)
All Past tracks have restored audio quality!
One of KingMeteorStudios' US Past mixes is here! Two others are used for track intros.
The JP tracks all have restored Loop Bytes thanks to Collision Chaos Radio!
Special Stage Music US+JP Hybrid Remix
Stardust Speedway Future tracks are now their extended Album versions.
Wacky Workbench Past uses a custom mix from the US Album version (And I'm sure you'll find it badass!) Update: This has been retooled as a US MM P mix.
Every single track was given attention compared to the Vanilla Sega CD release of Sonic CD (many US tracks were given extended versions and loops by Christian Whitehead)
New Sonic Boom Ending remix for Tails' end credits (timed to the frame)
Work that sucker to death!!

This mod utilizes the built in US/JP OST switch option to follow two artistic visions for this mod.

JP: Default Hybrid OST
Some tracks have been moved to different times or stages where they may be entirely more fitting, this is partially done because some later stages (like Stardust Speedway or Metallic Madness) have so many good tracks, and some earlier stages have tracks that just aren't as fun as the rest of the soundtrack (subjectively), it is also done with artistic intent and interpretation

US: Purist Hybrid OST
Strict A vs. B track selection, ie. "Is the JP Palmtree Panic Good Future track the better one?" (yes it is)
82% of the tracks are the same under this selection, not counting the intro/ending videos.
I also couldn't really decide which Metallic Madness tracks to put in the Default Hybrid OST, so my second choice went into this option because I didn't want to disappoint anybody! I was very 55-45, but this choice fits the Purist option perfectly!
