Just when you thought you found a place where you would be able to hide from my sounds ...
Here is something I threw together, nothing extraordinary. But, since I've seen a few explosion releases recently, I felt compelled to join the party! All of these sound files can also be used in the other Source games (EP1, EP2, gmod). When something explodes under water, it plays an often not heard (Unless you play a lot of GmoD) default sound. It sounds like crap if you ask me, but hey, who the hell am I to judge, that's your job!
Files ... One explosion sound from my explosive explosions pack, edited five different times with a variety of "filters", and add a touch of some recorded ocean waves and whamo! You have ... underwater kaboom!
Simply place both the "sound" and "script" folders to your...

I like them. My only critique is that they could be just a tad louder. Obviously underwater explosions would sound quite muffled. Maybe add a little more Bass perhaps? Bottom line, these are fine replacements.
Aside from a deep sounding thud in relatively shallow water, these sounds kick some serious ass. I ran through Garrysmod with this and it was pretty cool. Like I said, the only downside is when something explodes in shallow'ish water it sounds like a deep water explosion. That negative doesn't really effect the overall quality of the pack.
There's a bug with your script. If somebody doesn't have 9 base explosions, then they're going to have 6 different sounds they're missing and some of the will be silent.
