The problem relies entirely in how the player model uses the P_ hitbox given. this glitch also hapens in Czero and the fixed wrist player pack. To solve this it is required to fix the animation reference in the player model itself.
Maybe the original ports / 1:1 copies of the CSO models have this fixed but i don't have any to test on. But unfortunately can't be fixed by adjusting the weapon P_model. If i change the model to fit while crouched it'll look pointing high up while standing; and that's Ungood.
Don't know what else to say about the request, but it can't be done as you suggest.
