A Request for Half-Life: Source

I need H.E.V. Training but it can't wait for loading times

I don't know what this entails, but I can't wrap my brain about how to do this myself, despite knowing some basics in Hammer.

I need the entire Half Life Hazard Course (from half Life source!) combined into a single map. It will be used in an SFM short film. While I can use the broken up versions of the retail HL:S maps for this, it would make production 10 times easier.

I know it can be done, Sven Coop did it.

 I'd like an estimate on how difficult this would be to do so I can gauge my point bounty accordingly. 

NOTE: Entities and triggers are completely optional. However, it would be interesting if you could get it working. Again, the triggers and entities are the least of my concerns, just the map and brush entities if that's all you could be bothered with.

In order to win the bounty, you should fulfil the following requirements.

  1. The maps combined (t0a0, t0a0a, t0a0b1, t0a0b2, t0a0c, and my favorite, t0a0d "Toad") into a Source Engine compatible .bsp OR provide the .vmf so I can compile it myself
