8-bit Shades cosmetic item
- A Request for GameBanana
Request for a model of 8-bit-styled shades as a TF2 cosmetic item.
For anyone with any decent or good modelling skill, perhaps you can pull this off.
Simply 8-bit shades modeled for TF2. =P
The model is for all classes... but you're free to make it for one class or a few and perhaps later update with support for other classes due to their shades obviously requiring different rigging (especially Pyro's where the temples are all over the place). Rather odd of me to suggest that, I know, because to a veteran modeler, it shouldn't really be a problem if I'm not mistaken.
And yes, paintability being included would be great, too. Perhaps two styles where one obviously paints everything except the lens while the other style paints just the lens, similar to the Macho Mann. The extra styles thing is optional, mind you.
If you like, you can give the shades some sort of fancy nickname and upload it onto Steam Workshop. I'm sure shade-wearing fans would like the idea. =3
P.S: If you feel you need more reference images for the shades, there'll be no problem in searching images of them.
In order to receive the points bounty, you should fulfil the following requirements.
The cosmetic will serve as a replacement for any shade-related cosmetics, such as the Graybanns and Summer Shades.

8-bit is a reference to a color pallet size, i.e. 8-bit worth of colors, which is 2^8=256 colors. These shades aren't 8-bit, they're 1-bit (black), but they have a pixelated style.
