Add Legends into the Pokedex

I'm looking for someone who can add the pokemon such as Jirachi/Melmetal/etc that aren't in the pokedex over pokemon not already existing. I linked a list of what to exchange for what but if someone already has a set completed it's fine if you don't go off exactly what I listed here, just for anyone doing from scratch these would be preferred.

This is not possible. Every Pokémon not in the game uses Pikachu's model. As such, the only way to change an unused Pokémon's model is to change Pikachu's model, and that changes the model for EVERY unused Pokémon.
