It's great that people still remember Battletoads (1994) (also known as Super Battletoads in Japan). That game was awesome! It felt like I was playing an alternative version of Castle Crashers. Unlike the original on the NES, it focused entirely on being a beat-em-up (and 2-d shooter on Stage 4 and 6), and it was a million times easier. The only problems were General Vermin spamming grabs ("Eat this!" *smack* "Ha ha ha ha!"), the fact that you can time out during the Rat Fighter's death animation in the bonus stage, the short length, and the ending (or lack of one, still better than The Sopranos) (at least there's a cool Results Screen). If you own an Xbox One, I suggest you should purchase Rare Replay so that you can try it out for yourself (and the other games that come with it, since the big price for a one hour game isn't enough).
However, anyone who has played the game would know that the boss fight against General Slaughter consists entirely of him using two moves (a charge attack, kind of like P.O.T.S.'s creation Bison, and a punch), taunting, and getting hit and kicked off stage (towards the screen when he still has health left, away from the screen when he's defeated). In other words, he has exactly two moves and a taunt. Also, there's no sidestepping in MUGEN (there is rolling, however), and General Slaughter is too tall for several characters to jump over, so most characters wouldn't be able to avoid his attacks without blocking. I think either Rash, Zitz, or Pimple would make better MUGEN characters since they have more attacks than General Slaughter.
