In Splatoon 3 there is a patch that allows access to the shops, in Splatoon 2 which does the same?

In this discord (not mine) in the mod-list channel there is a mod that lets you play splatfests via LAN, but there is also a non-fest version available. This will let you enter shops as well as have proper map rotations, and play online modes via LAN play.
