corrupted color palette

my pseudo sonic mod is with a wrong color palette.he is stuck in a ninja outfitcan someone help?(the mod download to fix it: https://icedrive.net/0/dcWLNMFxwm)(sprites made by sonic onbox)

What did you use to edit the sprites? For everything to work properly, the colors in Sonic's spritesheet's colormap need to be in the same order as his palette file. Using an editor that doesn't edit .bmps correctly (like Paint 3D or Paint.NET) would cause your sprites to look wrong in-game since it messes up the palette.
