how to change bf sprites for vs exe 2.0

so i was watching vids and i saw this person managed to edit bf so that he was a completely different person for each of the triple threat "bosses" different voices and everything it was called exe vs un exe's and i was wondering if somebody could tell me step by step how to do something like that with their own life icon and everything here is the vid i'm referencing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2a6Pj_7qvKc

How its most likely done, is that he starts with making a new character in the mod for each section, then in the chart, he adds events to swap them at specific times. As for the voices, you would have to open whichever audio workplace you use for making your own voices and making a cover of the song then combine them all together into 1 new voice track.So the steps for the chart editing part is as simple as going into the chart editor in game for triple trouble, finding the times that the game swaps characters and adding a "swap character" event at those times to whatever character you're adding.For the audio part i think people see if theres a midi of the original song so they can just line up the voice with that to make an easy cover, ofc figuring out which vowel you want on each beat is gonna take time tho.
