How to work the Sonic Heroes Memory Editor

Hello everybody, so I was trying to do some research on the sonic heroes codes since there are other codes from the mod manager, why I was finding it was because the the mod manager Reloaded II doesn't have it. So a few minutes later I found someone saying something about the codes for sonic heroes and I went to the website sonic retro to get the sonic heroes memory editor, and I don't really know how to use this...So what am I exactly supposed to do? Once I first downloaded it I ran it without putting it in the mods folder and I don't know how to save the settings either. Could anyone show me on how to use the memory editor correctly and how to get it working.

You just need to open memory editor by itself, it doesn't need reloaded mod loader then open sonic heroes PC. Memory editor should detect the game then just change things on memory editor while the game is running, if the game is in full screen press the windows key to minimize it or alt+tab. If you want to run memory editor and reloaded mod loader at the same time you might need to run memory editor as administrator. Both needs to either be administrator or not administrator, they need to match.
