Transparent phantom toggles

Question

A couple of days ago some skins with toggles began showing all the parts that had been toggled off as strange transparent versions that can only be seen from certain angles. Not sure why this is happening as the skins were working fine beforehand.Any help in fixing would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I've never seen this before but a couple days before the patch one of my mods went all black. When I opened the .ini somehow it got riddled with ';' on like every third line even though I never touched it. Semicolons tell the script reader to disregard that line of code, maybe this happened to your mods? This is just my best guess.
