Am I Able To Downgrade to 1.0.0 On Emulator?

Question

I can't seem to find a 1.0.0 ROM anywhere, and I only see tools to downgrade to 1.0.0 is for a modded switch. This is pretty useless to me seeing that I only play on emulator. I was wondering if it is possible to Downgrade my 1.3.0 ROM to 1.0.0, or if any of you know where to download a 1.0.0 ROM.
