If Possible on How to Fix this Issue for this Mod

Question

Hi this is a paid Yangai mod (paid) from Ming Chen, I want to ask if anyone knows how to fix this issue where the lighting and the color of the body changes to a dull color when the camera comes to a certain close distance. Same with the Miyabi mod (Free). Also I am not a modder whats so ever so I barely understand any coding application in the .ini filesThank you

I'm not a modder either, but it seems like this is a rendering feature in the game engine and it's not fixed.

Could you at least provide links to the mods?
