this mod also have sub folders. So on top of adding 	"run = CommandList\global\ORFix\NNFix" to the main "yelan.ini" file, you also have to go into the subfolders and add the lines to the "animation.ini" files as well. Basically, add the NNFix command line under the ps-t0 or t1 of the "head", dress and body sections.

Aight, first off, wtf!?Second: is your ORFix up to date? if it's not, update it here.If you don't have it, install it anyway, i assume you are using 3dmigoto, so just download it and paste it into the "BufferValues" folder and hit F10 in the game.
