What is this and why can't I remove it?

Question

Ok so I noticed this just earlier today this random UID, First I'll address that this is NOT my uid and that this isn't even a correct form of an actual UID (too many numbers and doesn't include letters), its all warped and stretched out and wondering if anyone else has come across this issue and if anyone knows how to remove it.Also even turning off the mods that still stays on screenEDIT: Pic got corrupted somehow so here is the link:https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/1059235678027792394/1446248704997593159/image.png?ex=69334b91&is=6931fa11&hm=8efd20a0828b2631de7e9e70dc112e54bc3cccbe6dd162c03938fd3c4d1ff434&=&format=webp&quality=lossless&width=1770&height=215

Maybe some files got corrupted. Try checking file integrity
