Agent Archives world messed up (SOLVED)

Question

Downloaded a mod (can't remember which one) something to due with changing buildings to waifu or something.  After that I can't do any Character Stories due to the world being bugged out.  I have deleted the mod and even when i play with no mods or even on my phone the world is still bugged.
