Body is nowhere to be found

Question

Alright so... today, I got a mod for my Billy by HAN (mod is this: https://www.patreon.com/cw/HAN238/posts) and, somewhat, one of the toggles that is supposed to show the body (up arrow) just... makes the body disappear. not like the textures are glitched, no, but the body is LITERALLY GONE. like, there's only a head and the guns. Please someone help me... and also I'm using the latest versions of XXMI and RabbitFX, so I don't know what's the problem (WARNING: the mod is NSFW)

What you can do is try going back to stable versions of ZZMI. Something similar happened to me with a Miyabi mod, but when I reverted to a version like 1.1.5, it worked again. Here's an explanation: https://gamebanana.com/tuts/18948"

UPDATE : I looked into the .ini files of my mods and saw that the No Reload Mod Manager tool I had (that I thought was pretty handy) CHANGED the .ini. So I took a decision that... well, is kinda inconvenient for my indecisive ass, but I deleted my No Reload Mod Manager and the mods worked FINE AGAIN!!!!
