"Missing" Textures, Bodygroup "missing"

Question

Edit: Im dumb and figured it out, hlmv++ uses custom as root dir duh, so relative paths have to based on that.So much time learning blender to get this to this point and Im stumbling at the last step (a step ive done before). This is a custom model mod I have been working on. It replaces scout and has a main model with the hair as a bodygroup (this is so they are more easily interchangable). However I am getting varying results between vpkedit, HLMV++ and actual TF2.In actual TF2 (packed mod or not) the model and bodygroup hair are loaded but the textures are missing. In HLMV++ the bodygroup hair is loaded but the textures are missing (however HLMV++ shows missing textures for my other mods which do work fully in game. And lastly if I pack the mod and open with vpkedit the bodygroup hair is missing but the textures load. You can see the file structure in the vpkedit ss.Im hella confused and its probably something stupid that Im neglecting so if anyone has any idea or if u need more info let me know.Notes: The material names in blender match  (body_red and head_red), and ignore the weird elbow deformation that doesnt show up in blender so Ill have to figure that out later. And ive also tried models/player/scout instead of vgui... and that didnt seem to help.
