Can someone help me with this mod?

Hi, i made this mod (my first mod) and posted it before 20 days, but i make it private because it needs some fixes that i tried hard to fix it with no success:~The Hands and Fingers and some parts of the body needs fixing the weights.~ The Neck is a bit far away from the body.~ Weird black shadows appears on some areas on the body.Any help will be appreciated, thank you.
