color issue with yi xuans pant (UNSOLVED)

am making a mod for yi xuan and tried re texuring her pants but the colors are off anyone got a fix?UPDATEit now only works in some areas but in most areas it still doesnt work

You aren't loading normal maps correctly. Either follow this guide for the older method, or use XXMI Launcher's SetTextures feature (which is better).
