Stretchy and distorted fingers

Question

The entire body is fine but the fingers always end up being stretched and distorted and I kept moving them but the issue stayed the same, and yes I used proportion trick but didn't help with it.

You also need to determine if the correct vertices are assigned to the correct bones.This is why I don't mess with player models, or very complicated (fingers) mesh-bones.
