Missing Hair Texture for Soldier 11 Hair Down Mod

This Question was answered and a solution was chosen.
I combined the Soldier 11 Hair Down Mod with the Harin School Girl S11 mod and got this texture glitch. I am using the XXMI launcher and have tried using the zzz 1.7 fix. Ty :)
