My navia ulti is broken

the mod is normal except skill Q of navia has some problems. Does anyone know how to fix ?

I love that everytime a new version of the game comes out, these posts appear.It's a shader problem related to the update.You have to update TexFX and ORFix or wait till they release a newer version of them.
