Cutscenes in 4:3 when they should be 16:9

Question

I've been trying to replay SA2 for a while, and finally got around to it. I followed the Perfect System guide to set up mods, but when I started, cutscenes were still in 4:3. I've checked Cutscene Revamp's config, and it's set to do 16:9 cutscenes. i have made the same mistake, go to render fix config, under the events heading, there should be a toggle for Force 4:3 Aspect Ratio, turn that one off
