I really like Sage's FemPyro mod, but the North Polar Fleece model they've included conflicts with a model I like more. Is there any way to remove the model? I'm brand new to modding, so a walk-through of what to do would be lovely. Thank you.

To extract/edit/remove contents from a vpk mod:

    1. You must have GCFScape installed and open the vpk file.
    2. Then select the "root" folder on the left, and right click and click extract.
    3. Select the location you'd like.
    4. Then open the folder you have extracted, navigate to the model's location and remove or rename the model to whatever you choose.

    To reinstall the mod:
    1. Open to your 'Team Fortress 2' directory. Then open the 'bin' folder.
    2. Naviage down until you find 'vpk.exe'.
    3. Click and drag the 'root' folder onto the 'vpk.exe' file.
    4. Wait for it to do its thing, and then move the 'root.vpk' file to your custom folder.
    5. You may then rename the file to your choosing.
