Custom folder universal in hl2 base & episodes

Question

I would like to know if the custom folder that I put mods in universal of Lost Coast and other episodes. Cuz I don't want to copy and paste other of the episodes since hl2 anniversary update came out with episodes that they put it on hl2 base whatsoever.

Just tested it, It's not universal. You still need to create "custom folders" inside each directory like soSteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\hl2\customSteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\episodic\customSteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\ep2\customUpdateSo after further testing this might not be true. I had nothing in my custom folder but another mod in base hl2 custom was changing things in episode 2.I can see on the main menu, what's changed. When loading into a game it just ctdin the console the custom folders in their own  directory are all called for on loadFor some reason the custom folders are separate but they also load everything from the base hl2/custom folder too? it's super strange...tl;dr The custom folders are all separate but loaded at the same time, so they are combined If you're using a mod for episodes make sure to put it in the custom folder for base hl2 custom as well
