Caimogu now has an international site. You can check their international site to see if you can find what you need.

You don't have an option in your browser to translate the whole page?Basically, what you need to know about caimogu is, on the download button, if there is a number, that is the amount of points you need to download the mod. Points can be earned by commenting on posts (limited to 3 per day iirc) or by buying them with real money. Some mods are free and are quickly ported to GB. If a mod needs points, you can be sure that the creator wouldn't be willing to share those on GB for free.On the picture you posted, I believe the mod requires 15 points.
