Games language randomly turned to Japanese - A Question for Sonic Unleashed (X360/PS3).

I installed the 2K/4K flash bang mod and when I loaded up unleashed again the language is now in Japanese? The voices are still in English, it’s just the text has turned Japanese for some reason, it was working fine before this, does anyone know how to fix this/change it back to English?
