Replacing physics - A Question for Half-Life 2

I created a new physics using the old one but after compilation in Crowbar it does not change.
And yes I was too lazy to create a completely new one.

    Your physics mesh is incorrect. You have to make a proper collision mesh, not feed the reference mesh.

    If you feed it the reference mesh directly, it'll shrink wrap it like that. If you feed it the reference mesh with $concave, it'll fuck up and shrink wrap it anyway for being too complex.

    You have to make a proper physics mesh. Not making a properly optimized physics mesh will cause the game to grind to a halt because VPhysics can't handle things like that well.
