Psych (0.7.3) .mp4 script not in source code?

Question

Whenever I try to use the video script in the normal build of Psych Engine, it works fine, but in the source code version of Psych Engine, it gives an error instead.Am I doing something wrong? One thing I do know is the script doesn't work in the x32 build. Am I compiling the x32 build? If so, how do I compile it in x64? (0.7.3)(THE MOD IN THE EXAMPLE IS HERE)

This Error Is While This Windows 11 is in x32.
