Shenhe mod find

Question

Do you know who the author of this Shenhe mod is? Or where you can find it. If you know, please tell me. Thanks for your help.

usually if you can't find the mod here, it might be on that "east asian forum"but our current rules is prohibit to mention neither provide you with the way how to find it. if you ever find it, i doubt that the link is still alive.sorry, this isn't the place to ask that.
