Mod to start with 7 chaos emeralds

Is there a mod by any chance thatWould make you start of with all 7 emeraldsIf no could someone please make it I struggle with the special zones alot.

use the level select and play the special stages until you're good at them

Your best option? (other than actually doing the special stages; i get you, they are SO DANG DIFFICULT)Getting a 100% Save data.Or, i can learn how to edit save files, and make one where there is each character, all 7 emeralds, but only on emerald hill zone.Edit: Oh and if your asking for a mod to be made, use the requests tab!
